I have been teaching antenatal classes since the year 2000
I completed my training in the Uk  and hold a diploma in Antenatal Education 

I have taught 100s of women and couples over the past 20 odd years and have made many dear friends along the way 

I am also a certified Doula and a trained Breast Feeding Peer support counsellor 

A rewind counsellor - helping to support those that need help moving forward - perhaps having experienced past birth trauma 

I am passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy, advocating for choice and true decision making. A firm believer in women centred care and seeking out the evidence for individualised care pathways.
