We provide live Zoom training for birth professionals in a gentle non-therapeutic process that they can use to support women and their partners who are suffering after a poor birth experience. Our website is a platform where you can learn more about our services, create an account, book a training session, and access other resources and information.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. You must not share your account or password with anyone else. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You must update your information as necessary to keep it accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Booking and Payment

To book a training session with us, you must select a date and time slot from the available options on our website and pay the applicable fees. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or any other payment method that we accept. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking and the Zoom link to join the session.

You must join the session at the scheduled date and time. If you are unable to attend the session for any reason, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the session to reschedule or request a refund. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours, you will forfeit your booking and payment and will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a reschedule or refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking and request a full refund within 14 days of making the payment, provided that you have not attended the session. To cancel your booking and request a refund, you must contact us by email at info@birthingawareness.com">info@birthingawareness.com and provide your booking details.

If you have attended the session, you are not entitled to a refund unless the session was canceled or rescheduled by us.

We will process your refund request within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to make the payment unless you agree otherwise.

We own and control all the intellectual property rights and other rights in our website and services, including but not limited to the content, design, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and trade names.
